What does a typical boat rental include?
Each rental comes with a qualified crew, protective gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Specific features depend on the service — evening sails offer premium non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, while business rentals provide meeting amenities and customized catering.
When should I make a reservation?
It is advisable to reserve 2–3 weeks before your planned trip, especially for trips between May–September. For company events and private functions, booking 4–6 weeks in advance is best to ensure availability and customization time.
What is the protocol for adverse weather conditions?
Your safety is our priority. In case of weather deemed risky by our captain, we offer an alternative date or a full refund. Weather is watched closely and you'll be notified 24 hours before departure if the forecast is concerning.
Can I bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, guests may bring their own refreshments. Though, we do offer extensive catering services with tailored menu options. Note that for safety, glass containers are not allowed on the vessel.
Do you provide access for guests with physical restrictions?
We aim to be inclusive for all guests. Some boats are more equipped for accessibility than others. When booking, please discuss any particular requirements, and we will suggest the appropriate boat and make the necessary arrangements.
What is the policy for cancellations?
Cancellations more than 72 hours before departure are fully refunded. Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations under 24 hours, except for unsafe weather or vessel issues from our end.
